Installation precautions of electric heating cable thermal insulation

We will install the thermal insulation layer immediately, after construction test of heating cable, and pay attention to the following points:

The material, thickness and specifications of the thermal insulation layer used are in accordance with the design drawings.

The thermal insulation material must be dry during construction.

Waterproof cover should be added outside of thermal insulation layer.

Avoiding to damage the electric heating cable during construction of the insulation layer.

The insulation test should be carried out immediately, after the thermal insulation layer construction.

Adding a warning label on the thermal insulation layer to indicate 'with electric heating cable inside' and indicate the location of all accessories.
