The remarkable rise of Anhui Huanrui Heating Manufacturing Co.,Ltd has reached another significant milestone as construction recently broke ground on a brand-new electric heating production facility in the Feidong Economic Development Zone. This expansion signifies the company’s continuing transformation, growing from a rented 1,000-square-meter factory to a modern production base now spanning over 50,000 square meters.
Established in 2007, Huanrui began humbly in a rented space, focusing on the R&D and production of self-limiting and constant wattage heating cables. Within a year, the company achieved its first major breakthrough:
2008: Huanrui products were successfully used in the Beijing Olympics Village project, marking a key early recognition of product quality.
The company's trajectory accelerated with strategic investments in technology and market penetration:
2011: Certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
2012: Accelerated capacity expansion after its independently developed products achieved an initial breakthrough into the European market.
The mid-to-late 2010s saw a rapid build-out of the company's research and production infrastructure:
2 017-2018: Completed and commissioned its Phase II R&D and production base. During this period, Huanrui established a robust R&D system, including collaborations with key universities, the formation of an Anhui Province "115" Industrial Innovation Team, and the establishment of a postdoctoral research workstation.
Internationalization: Accelerated its global strategy, achieving major international certifications from bodies like UL (USA) and Bureau Veritas (France), laying the groundwork for global market expansion.
The completion of the Phase III High-Quality Electric Heating R&D and Production Base from 2021 to 2022 brought the company’s total land area in the zone to 56 mu (approx. 16 acres), with a construction area exceeding 50,000 square meters.

Product Breakthrough: Mass production began for the company's independently developed, high-temperature resistant, 200 degrees Celsius self-limiting electric heating cables, which were successfully deployed in major industrial heating projects worldwide.
Industry Awards: Recognized as an Anhui Province Manufacturing Champion Cultivation Enterprise, an Anhui Industrial Boutique, and an Anhui Industrial Design Center.
Major Contracts: Secured major framework agreements with key energy and chemical industry players, including winning bids for CNOOC's 2023-2025 electric heating framework and Wanhua Chemical Group's constant-wattage electric heating framework.
With over 60 full-range product lines and an annual output now exceeding 20 million meters of electric heating cables, Huanrui’s increased capacity is supported by an array of international certifications, including UL, BV, ATEX, CE, TUV, CSA, and EAC, cementing its foundation for sustained global market leadership.
