Project Description
Hunan Yongshan Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Tongguan Circular Economy Industrial Park, Wangcheng District, Changsha, Hunan. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in high-quality lithium salts as cathode materials for lithium batteries. On July 31, 2019, it signed an investment agreement with the National Wangcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone for an annual output of 45,000 tons of lithium salt project. It was registered and established in Wangcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone on August 29, 2019, with a registered capital of 300 million.
As the first lithium salt project in Hunan, this project has a total investment of 3 billion yuan and a total land area of 362 acres. It is planned to build a lithium salt production base with an annual output of 45,000 tons. It will be constructed in two phases. After full production is reached, the annual output value is expected to reach 6 billion yuan. Annual tax payment is 400 million yuan. The company integrates the production, research and development and sales of high-quality lithium salts, and its technological level is ahead of the global lithium salt industry, filling Changsha's gap in the advanced energy storage materials industry chain.
Heating area
During the production and storage of the lithium salt project of Hunan Yongshan Lithium Industry, the production may not proceed normally due to the influence of the external ambient temperature. In order to ensure that the production is not affected by the external ambient temperature, the acid and alkali storage tank area needs to be insulated. After understanding the heating system, we decided to use electric heating to insulate the acid-base storage tank.
